How Medunar collects, uses and protects your personal data
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the 'Policy') defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the Medunar educational medical platform (hereinafter — the 'Platform').
Medunar is a modern educational platform for continuous professional development of healthcare professionals, providing access to quality educational materials, interactive courses and certification.
Legal basis: The Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' (No. 2297-VI) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Confidential Information: We do NOT collect data on health status, racial origin, political or religious beliefs, as well as genetic and biometric data.
Processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for the following purposes:
Access to courses, materials and certification
Adaptation of content to professional needs
Notifications, newsletters, feedback
Platform and program improvement
Compliance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection'

By registering on the Platform, you provide voluntary, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data.
Processing is necessary for the performance of the Platform's terms of use and the provision of educational services.
Platform improvement, security assurance, marketing communications (with consent).
Compliance with Ukrainian legislation (reporting, tax obligations).

Retention Period: Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, but no more than 5 years after the last activity on the Platform.
